Accommodations
Our spacious 2,800+ sq. ft. main house provides an ideal gathering space for large families or groups of up to 14 guests. Rates vary by season, and your nightly stay includes access to all on-site amenities, making it perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
If you need additional room, we also offer a private studio apartment adjacent to the main house. This inviting space accommodates 2–4 guests and features a king-size bed, futon, full bathroom, stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table, and cozy living area. (Additional fees apply.)
For smaller groups, our charming cottage offers a quiet retreat for up to 6 guests. Nestled on the scenic Upton Ranch near the Colorado River, this 950 sq. ft. hideaway features two comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a private outdoor deck, and a cedar hot/cold tub — perfect for unwinding beneath the Texas stars.
