Full size volleyball pool and hot tub are the perfect place to cool off during the warmer months or warm up during the cooler ones.

Our gameroom is fully equipped with billiards, ping pong , video games, darts, corn hole, washers and more ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
River Access * All rentals
With our location right on the Colorado river, guests can enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing to their heart’s content.
Fully Equipped Kitchen * Morgan House
Our rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Outdoor Grilling Areas * Morgan House
Our outdoor grilling areas are perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the beautiful scenery around you.
Fire Pit * Morgan House
Our fire pit is the perfect spot to gather around with friends and family to roast marshmallows and share stories.
Kawasaki Mule * Morgan House
We offer a Mule for our guests to use while on the property. We ask that only those with driver’s licenses operate the vehicle. You can find a QR code in the vehicle for operating instructions.
Canoes & Kayaks * All rentals
We offer the use of our canoes and kayaks on the property. They are located on the road down to the river. There are several bins of lifejackets for your use. Under 13 year olds must wear a lifejacket while in the boats and adults must have one easily accessible. We have 6 kids lifejackets and 8 adult jackets.
