At the Upton ranch, we offer exceptional accommodations that are designed for groups or families seeking a relaxing and memorable vacation experience.
A 2800 sq ft ranch style home that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it the ideal retreat for family reunions, group getaways, or special occasions. The nightly rate includes access to all of our top-notch amenities, including the volleyball style swimming pool, hot tub, game room, Colorado river access and outdoor spaces.
In addition to our spacious Morgan house, we offer a cozy studio apartment that is perfect for additional guests or those wanting more private accommodations. The apartment is fully furnished with a king size bed and futon. It sleeps 2-3 guests comfortably. We charge an additional $150/nt for the unit. The apartment can only be booked along with the main house. It cannot be booked by a separate party.
Cottage
In addition to our spacious 4 bedroom house we also offer a smaller more cozy cottage for groups of 6 or less. Nestled on the scenic Upton Ranch near the Colorado River, our charming cottage offers a cozy retreat. This 950 sq. ft. hideaway features two comfortable bedrooms, with one queen bed , two double bunk beds and two single bunk beds. It also has1.5 baths, a private outdoor deck, and a cedar hot/cold tub—perfect for relaxing under the stars.
